I like the idea of your illustration very much, but I think that the CDs in the background not really fit in the design of the illustration. They are more details and exactly that the rest of the elements.
Very nice composition. Only I would see the monitor part just a little bit to the right. Also I would try to get some hierarcy to the picture. You know which are the main elements. Let them show. The other elements you may tune less "loud". Maybe less contrast? Now those not so important elements are decreasing the power of main elements.
Those very simplified characters work well. They make an important move towards elegant style. Maybe things on monitor screen could be a bit better composed.
Some how I get a feeling of yin and yang. Which works in my opinion.

Some modifying and this is gonna be good.
Maybe there should be more contrast between the two sides, like in yin and yang. Red-toned background vs. blue-toned background perhaps?
